In an effort to improve our program quality, we are conducting an induction program for newly joined Buddy Readers and those who are intended to become Buddy Readers. All volunteers who would like to participate in our future Buddy Reading Program are expected to complete the session before they proceed to offer their service. Volunteers who have participated before or already enrolled in the current service are also welcome to join us.
This will be a 2 hours training session in our office. We will count these 2 hours as volunteers' service time.

Our first Induction Session has been held on 25 Feb. 4 new volunteers came to the session. We invited our Advocates Leader Leah to be the main instructor. She did a reading demonstration. All participants practiced read aloud with a partner. And we made fun props together!
